Custom Stamping Die for 20 ton press - Debossing

Stamping/Debossing Dies will press your design down into your jewelry metal. The background is removed and the die is made with 45 degree walls so that nothing will get stuck or jammed. These dies are made of precision hardened and tempered A2 Tool Steel ensuring that they will last a long time, giving you the best results, in almost any formable metal.

With a 20-Ton press we are limited to stamping an area no greater than 1/3 square inch, or 214 square MM. This is for the actual design that is being stamped down into the metal, the total surface area of the die can be greater in area, but the raised part of the die can not be bigger than .33 square inches in total. Many CAD programs will let you calculate this area precisely or after your purchase I can help you scale and refine your design to get the best result. If you have a bigger tonnage press let me know and we can make the die bigger.

After you order you will need to provide a good CAD model (2D geometry is all you need) or a nice and clean black and white drawing complete with all dimensions.
